Assessments Measuring and Fitting
We are totally dedicated to achieving the highest standards in the fitting of footwear. Our highly qualified team of fitters are trained in foot and shoes assessment measuring and the fitting of children’s footwear.
We use a start-rite gauge as a guide only which is a small part of the process of our fitting service. We will take into account foot shape and ratio and always fit footwear to feet ensuring the foot is placed in the correct position within the appropriate footwear and where necessary properly supported.
The recent introduction of walking and running gait assessments for both children and adults gives us the opportunity to show you and your children’s gait analysis and advise on appropriate footwear.
Our aim for children is to ensure correctly fitted footwear to help ensure the natural development of their feet and lower limbs.

Our foot gauges and measurements are a tool and guide for our fitters and must not be used when buying shoes from other shops or through the internet.
